Hi, I'm Bethany!

I am currently the Social Media Intern for the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bandits. 

As soon as I started working in sports I quickly became passionate for storytelling, community, and connection. As the Social Media Intern with the Buffalo Sabres organization, I’ve had the chance to help bring the energy of Buffalo sports to life online, whether that’s running live game coverage, building out content that connects with our audience, or capturing moments that resonates with fans. I take pride in understanding a brand’s voice, building relationships with players and staff, and creating content that feels real, timely, and engaging.

Outside of my work with the Sabres and Bandits, I have extensive experience working in NCAA DI Hockey as well. I previously interned for the Ferris State Men’s Ice Hockey program for three years where I fully managed their social media strategy and online presence through content creation, photography, graphics, and videography. 

As I transitioned out of college and into my role with the Sabres, I’ve continued to help with the Ferris State Hockey program’s online strategy as well.
